Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Inspotique!

We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you aren’t, we’re here to assist you. Please read our policy on returns and refunds carefully to understand your options.

The following terms are applicable for any products that are purchased with us.

WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR EITHER FULL STORE CREDIT OR A REFUND BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, WITH A $35 RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTED. 

Once we receive your returned item, your store credit will be processed immediately or payment refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not been shipped. No reason is required for cancellation.

To cancel your order, please contact us by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for store credit, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Delivery Window: The item must have been delivered within the last 24 hours.
  • Purchase Window: The item must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
  • Original Condition: The item must be in its original packaging, unworn (apart from only trying on), and undamaged.
ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE:

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Products with signs of wear or damage (beyond trying on).
  • Items that cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns, including undergarments, bodysuits, and swimwear (if opened).
  • Items that are final sale (all items bought on sale are final sale), including accessories, bags, clutches, swimwear, or bodysuits.
  • Items bought with a discount code.
  • Products with any odor or other conditions that make them unsuitable for resale.

ANY SIGNS OF WEAR (ANYTHING OTHER THAN TRYING ON THE PRODUCT) OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT AT FAULT OF INSPOTIQUE WILL LEAD TO
THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN REQUEST BEING VOIDED.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or damaged items), we will cover the return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured mail service for returns. Inspotique cannot issue store credit for goods lost or damaged in transit. We are unable to issue store credit without actual receipt of the items or proof of delivery to our return address.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable, and this is final:

  • Items purchased from the Sale section.
  • Accessories, bags, clutches, swimwear, or bodysuits.
