Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Inspotique!
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS IN EXCHANGE FOR STORE CREDIT.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within the first 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so if your order has not been shipped.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the items to be eligible for a return for store credit, please contact us first and make sure that:
- The items were delivered in the last 24 hoursÂ
- The items were purchased in the last 14 days
- The items are in the original packaging
- Items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- Items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (Items like undergarments, bodysuits, and swimsuits.
- Items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- Items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, has odor on it.Â
- Items purchased during a sale
- Items purchased with a code
ANY SIGNS OF WEAR (ANYTHING OTHER THAN TRYING ON THE PRODUCT) OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT AT FAULT OFÂ INSPOTIQUE WILL LEAD TO
THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN REQUEST BEING VOIDED.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
ONCE WE AGREE FOR YOU TO SENDÂ THE RETURN PACKAGE BACK, YOU HAVE 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP THEÂ PACKAGE AND PROVIDE THE TRACKING NUMBER. AFTER 3 BUSINESS DAYS GOES BYE, YOUR PACKAGE WILL NO LONGER BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLEÂ
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us unless we are at fault (damaged/defective items).
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.

All items found in the sale category, accessories, bags, clutches, swimwear, or bodysuits are non-returnable.Â
